In each photography session, usually 4 setups (themes) of your child are photographed. If your child’s cooperation is optimal, it is possible to photograph up to 7 setups. Each setup is photographed from several angles and frames, giving you the option to choose between 2 to 4 photo formats. The minimum order for the total photos taken for child, family, and maternity photography is 10,000,000 Toman, and for newborn photography, it is also 10,000,000 Toman.

• Photography Time:
  Experience has shown that children do not cooperate for more than 1.5 hours inside the studio and lose their energy and enthusiasm. Therefore, the maximum photography time is 1.5 hours, with an average of 45 minutes of productive photography time and 45 minutes for other activities (such as changing clothes, breastfeeding, etc.).

• Photo Files:
  The selected photo files will be provided to you for free after editing and printing. These files cannot be printed and are only for viewing on a computer or mobile phone and for use on social media. The cost of the original file is 1,900,000 Toman per photo.

• Cancellation Policy:
  If for any reason you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before the scheduled photography session. Otherwise, 50% of the minimum acceptance fee will be deducted.

• Photo Selection: After the photography session, a separate appointment will be scheduled for you to select and determine the size of the photos based on your preferences.

Notes:

1. Filming and photography inside the studio is not allowed.

2. Please avoid bringing companions without coordinating with the studio.

3. To maintain the cleanliness of the studio, please clean the soles of your shoes with a cleaner the day before your photoshoot.

4. Please ensure sufficient rest time for the child on the day of the photoshoot and avoid giving the child a bath. (This does not apply to newborns).

5. Being well-rested and not hungry, as well as bringing items that the child likes, significantly impacts the success of the photoshoot.

6. The simplicity and coordination of clothing and shoes greatly contribute to enhancing the beauty of the photos.

7. The responsibility for keeping the original photo files after photography lies with Bahar Film for one month.
If you do not arrive on time and any issues arise with the photo files, Bahar Film will not be responsible. Additionally, if there are any changes in service rates after one month, the cost of orders will be calculated based on the current price.

8. To respect the time of yourself and the studio team, at least one photo must be selected for each backdrop (set) photographed of the child.

9. Punctuality at the scheduled time ensures you receive the best service.
